Certech Group’s bucket elevators are designed for industrial use and the vertical transport of fine, coarse and granulated products. They can be made in different sizes and versions, designed to best respond to the specific needs of use and the regulations in force in the various industrial sectors. The bucket elevators produced by Certech Group’s are used in the ceramic and premixed industry, in the mining and quarrying industry and in the port and agri-food sectors.
ET bucket elevators can be produced in the following types:

ET bucket elevators are mainly composed by:
- Drive station, made of sheet metal and thick profiles, where the motorization is positi The drum, the drive shaft and the related supports are sized based on the characteristics and use of the bucket elevator and are made in such a way as to guarantee easy maintenance and replacement.
- Motorization with anti-reverse system, composed of a reducer and an electric motor. The reducer can be of type:
- pendulum, with transmission via V-belts and grooved pulleys
- direct transmission, with reduction gear directly coupled to the drive shaft
- Boot station (foot), made of thick sheet metal and profiles, where the drum and return shaft are housed, appropriately sized and supported by externally mounted supports. The threaded bar system for tensioning and aligning the rubber belt is also installed in the boot stati
- Intermediate section in shaped sheet metal, made of modular elements fixed together using joint flanges and high-resistance bolts. Inspection doors can be installed for internal inspection of the machine and ventilation systems for the evacuation of vapors or dust extracti
- Rubber belt smooth with mechanical joint. The rubber ring is characterized by a synthetic fiber core, polyester or nylon, and anti-abrasive and anti-cut covering material, with excellent resistance to tearing, humidity and atmospheric agents.
- Buckets for transporting and containing material; they can be supplied in nylon, carbon steel, AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel.
