Certech customizes any type of glazes and engobe transfer systems according to the customer’s needs.
From semi-automatic with manually operated valves, to fully automatic with constant supervision and possibility of remote management without the aid of operators in the storage area.

Make simple the automatic management of glazes and engobes is of fundamental importance to save time, eliminate movements with forklifts and have an impeccable precision in preparation.
The pumping system from the glaze storage area takes place via high-quality peristaltic pumps. Each tank is equipped with a laser level sensor for constant monitoring of the filling status.

The transfer pipings are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel complete with actuated pneumatic valves in the product picking area, while in the glaze storage area is possible to have manual or actuated valves depending on the needs.
The various products recirculate in the pipings continuously until they re-enter in the storage tanks. It avoids sedimentations and consequent problems of plant malfunctions. In the product picking area, it is possible to customize the mode of use:

• Picking of glaze/engobe in manual mode. (The operator can recall the product and
  prepare it independently bringing it to the desired density).
• Automatic picking of glaze/engobe.
  (The system, connected via our Density check, automatically sends the product to the
  preparation tank. Once the machine has prepared the product according to needs, it
  always keeps the working tank in the glazing line full).
