The triple body pumps are designed and engineered to power the atomizers; they can
be supplied with single or double speed motors, with pump-motor coupling
via belts and pulleys or with direct coupling via coaxial joint.

A single pump does the work of all the others and saves space in the work area. Thanks
to the stable working pressure it guarantees humidity and constant grain size at the atomizer outlet, furthermore in the absence of pressure peaks the powder grain is more spherical,
simplifying the press loading.

Reduced water consumption for seal flushing, on average
from 2 to 5 lt/min and reduced maintenance over long periods.

• Depending on the version, a flow rate range from 6 m³/h to 120
  m³/h can be achieved with indoor pressures of up to 22 bar.
• The bodies and impellers are made of anti-abrasive superalloy.
• The suction port is positioned so that the slip does not come into direct contact with the mechanical seal, which is made of tungsten carbide, drained with water and protected by a pressurized barrier chamber.
• The functionality of the bearings is guaranteed by oil bath lubrication.
