2. Purpose of the treatment, legal basis and retention period

The personal data acquired by Certech Spa will be processed by personnel expressly authorized and appointed by the Data Controller, in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of the privacy and rights of the interested party. Certech Spa will process the data of the interested party for the duration strictly necessary to pursue the purposes of the processing, in full compliance with the conservation obligations established by law.

The personal data provided by the Users in the “work with us” section will be processed by the Data Controller, pursuant to art.6 c.1 lett.a) EU Reg. 2016/679 (consent of the interested party), in order to evaluate the application and possibly fix a cognitive interview aimed at the possible establishment of an employment relationship with Certech Spa In this sense, by giving consent to the processing of data, the User authorizes the Administrative Office of Certech Spa to contact him, by telephone and / or by means e-mail, to the addresses indicated by the same. After 24 months from the acquisition, the data of candidates for job offers will be deleted from the information systems of the Data Controller.
