Rapid vertical driers with high energy saving

The RVD vertical driers have been studied and obtained from the most demanding drying requirements in the ceramic field. After years of improvements on the machine, the result is a drier easy to use with reduced drying times and very low maintenance costs. Our drying units are suitable for the most diff erent types of ceramic tiles such as single fi ring, monoporosa, porcelained stoneware, etc… We manufacture these units suitable to dry pieces with special dimensions and shape.

The tiles are loaded on roller baskets that, in the first drying step, are reached by a strong flow of wet hot air, mixed with dry hot air. Batching the two air types suitably, a good drying is thus started. Through some horizontal vent-holes in the drier tower, we equally distribute the air on the whole shelf of basket loading.

The second step of the tiles is a strong flow of dry air getting a product exit moisture variable from 0÷0.5%.

The third and last step is the one that gives the required tile temperature for the glazing. The temperatures are controlled and displayed by suitable thermo-adjusting equipments. The complete machine operation is managed by PLC.

THE DRIER IS SUPPLIED COMPLETE WITH:

  • Structure complete with all the moving elements
  • Supporting carpentries for the fans and heat generator complete with
    parapets and ladders
  • Fans
  • Air fl ow heat generator/s
  • Connecting pipings between drier, fan, hot air generator and chimney in outlet
  • Basket driving system chain
  • Set of baskets complete with pivots and articulated arms
  • Electric board with PLC
  • Basket rollers operating spindles group, Unloading roller conveyor
